In this corner coming in at version 0.25 Shink O’Matic! And in the far corner coming in at version 0.5.3.1 ImageSizer!

Shrink O’Matic comes out strong with drag and drop image resizing, with a fresh and clean design.

Oww! ImageSizer strikes a blow with whole folder import, screen snap detection and drag and drop image import options.

Shrink O’Matic hits back with four output formats, auto file renaming. Follows up with a round house blow; intuitive navigation.

ImageSizer comes back strong with individual file renaming, cropping and image rotation. ImageSizer finishes with output to a new folder, a zip file, Flikr and Twitter upload options.

ImageSizer! The winner!

For a client with little understanding of images who has a 50 megapixel camera, because he likes big numbers, and only wants to upload a few pictures at a time Shrink O’Matic is most likely the best fit for him. For a professional photographer who wants to upload whole galleries to his NextGen gallery ImageSizer may be the right fit, import a folder output to a zip and upload it to an album/gallery. The down side to ImageSizers is the single file format output and complexity of options. Shrink O’Matic is easy, maybe too easy, but has multiple file formats to choose from.

What do you think?
