Ingredients:

  • 4 cups apples
  • lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:

  1. preheat oven to 350°
  2. pour a little lemon juice over apples stir
  3. lay apples in 13×9 pan (I use a glass one)
  4. mix brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon
  5. add butter (I found it quickest to use my hands)
  6. spread mixture over apples
  7. bake for 30 min or until golden brown
